L2L Convention

I loved going to the Convention 2015
It was my first one!
I had never even been to Kentucky, either.

 The Lads to Leaders Convention is a group of people who all get together to do different things, and show talents, like Art, Speeches,  Memory Work, and Puppet Shows. 

      Some people even win trophies for their work or activities, but winning is not the main goal.  Learning and growing is.   My church and my family use the L2L program to help kids like me to become better leaders for our congregation and our youth group.  Most of us young people at church meet every month to study leaders in the Bible, do good deeds (Good Samaritan stuff is what L2L calls it), and to learn how to lead songs, preach sermons, and do puppet shows. 

     This website is part of the training and competition of L2L.  I chose to make a blog because I like to write and take pictures.   I like to draw and paint and sketch.  I love being with my friends in L2L, and I will put photos that I take here to show others what we do for Jesus.
